Hamish Taylor

Hamish has extensive experience advising clients on a broad range of legal issues including in the areas of commercial and business law, joint ventures, real property and trusts. Hamish joined the partnership in 2010 and is the great grandson of one of the firm's founders, Mr A S Taylor. Hamish has an LLB (Hons) and B.Com (accounting major) from the University of Canterbury. Prior to joining Cuningham Taylor, Hamish worked with Bell Gully in Auckland and Herbert Smith in London. He has also worked (on a secondment basis) as the general counsel for New Zealand Steel, part of the BlueScope Steel group. Hamish is a keen tennis player and also enjoys golf and skiing. Email: |
